These terms cover use of the Christ for Jews website and gifts made through it.

Gifts

A donation is a voluntary gift. It is not a purchase of goods or services. You may give once or monthly. A monthly gift continues until you cancel it by emailing hello@christforjews.com.

Tax deductibility

Whether a gift is tax-deductible depends on our charitable status and the laws where you live. Your emailed receipt is the record to keep. This page does not promise a deduction.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with it, attempt to access non-public areas, or use it for an unlawful purpose.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see your full card number. Stripe may decline a payment under its own rules. A gift is complete only when Stripe confirms it.

Website availability

The site is provided as-is. We work to keep it available and accurate, and we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors.

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
